Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Stores Person to join a busy aviation support environment on a short-term contract basis in Richmond, NSW. This role supports aircraft maintenance operations through effective inventory control, freight coordination, and stores management to ensure timely supply of parts and materials. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Ensure unserviceable components are dispatched for repair in a timely manner Maintain supply of commercial and operational stock items Manage accurate stock control and inventory records Coordinate shipping and transfer of tooling between bases Support movement of stock and freight in line with aircraft maintenance schedules Inspect and process return of unused parts following maintenance activities Demonstrate strong organisation, prioritisation, and decision-making skills Essential / Desirable Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (desirable) Aviation line/ramp experience (desirable but not essential) Understanding of aircraft maintenance/overhaul documentation and planning (desirable) Forklift licence (desirable) Manual driver’s licence (required) Ability to obtain ASIC and provide relevant police clearances (including country of citizenship) About the Role This position plays a key role in supporting operational aircraft availability through efficient stores and logistics coordination within a regulated aviation environment.
